Starting with version 24.R1 IDM no longer ships with demo keys. Whenever secrets or history entries were created with the demo keys, a simple bootstrapping is no longer possible without using additional tooling in order to re-sign history entries and re-encrypt secrets.
Instead of starting up with demo keys, startup will now fail, unless bootstrapping is performed first.
