Encoding descriptions contain all definitions for the encoding of a smartcard. For example, initializing the chip, creating key pairs or writing certificates.
The encoding description is used by the credential management application (Nexus PRIME) in conjunction with other applications like Nexus Card SDK and Nexus Personal Desktop App.
