This article describes how a Workplace asset administrator creates a reason to deactivate an asset in the Workplace package in Smart ID Identity Manager.

- In Identity Manager Operator, in the Quick search drop-down list, select Workplace reason - deactivate.
- Click Create reason - deactivate asset.
- Click Next to proceed with the process or Cancel to close the process.
- Enter a reason in the free text field.
- Click Next to save the reason.
