This article describes how Workplace asset administrator reactivates an asset in the Workplace package in Smart ID Identity Manager.

Step-by-step instruction

titleReactivate asset
  1. In Identity Manager Operator, go to the Search page and select Workplace asset from the drop-down list.
  2. Click Search and select an inactive asset.
  3. Click Reactivate asset.
  4. Click Next to proceed with the process or Cancel to close the process. Asset data is shown. 
  5. Click Next. If the asset was created with an approval step, the reactivating of the asset must be approved. For more information, see Workplace - Approval handling.
