If you modify:
- any of the Update interval, Build at, delta Frequency or Margin parameters, this will trigger a new build and schedule the next build of the CIL according to the new parameters. If a "Build at" time of day is specified, the new CIL will be marked as issued at the last regular issuing time.
- the segmentation of the CIL, meaning changing the certificates/file parameter, this will trigger a new build of the CIL and create segments according to the new size.
