Error rendering macro 'excerpt-include' : No link could be created for 'PIN/PUK letter tasks'.

This article describes how to remove PIN/PUK letters from being displayed in the Secure Printer (SP) (SP) client, without being deleted from the CM database. Use this to reduce the amount of letters found in a search.

Prerequisites

 Prerequisites

This task requires that

  • The Secure Printer (SP) is running.
  • The officer has the following role:
    • Manage PIN letters

  • Searching for letters has been performed as described in Search for PIN/PUK letter.

Step-by-step procedure

 Remove PIN/PUK letters
  1. There is a list of PIN/PUK letters visible in the result pane of the SP application window from a previous search operation, see  Search for PIN/PUK letter.
  2. Click Remove From List. The letter(s) are removed from being displayed in the SP, but they are still included in the CM database.
