This article describes how to delete PIN/PUK letters from the CM database. This task is done in the Secure Printer (SP) client.

Prerequisites

This task requires that

The Secure Printer (SP) is running.
The officer has the following role:
- Manage PIN letters

Step-by-step procedure

Delete PIN/PUK letters

One way to delete PIN/PUK letters is to do it in relation to Confirm printing of PIN/PUK letters.
You can also delete PIN/PUK letters at any time with Delete letters in the Actions menu in the SP application window.

In either way you must confirm the deletion in the Delete Letters from the Server dialog box.
