An entitlement that has been locked can not be used in any processes and can not be unlocked again.

Standard workflow

Logs in to PRIME Explorer, goes to the SEARCH tab, selects Entitlements in state active and clicks Search.

In the result list, clicks on a specific record, and then on Lock Entitlement on the right-hand side.

PRIME

Sets the Entitlement state to Locked.
