This article describes how a Workplace asset administrator creates a reason to deactivate an asset in the Workplace package in Smart ID Identity Manager.

Prerequisites

Step-by-step instruction

  1. In Identity Manager Operator, in the Quick search drop-down list, select Workplace reason - deactivate.

  2. Click Create reason - deactivate asset.

  3. Click Next to proceed with the process or Cancel to close the process.

  4. Enter a reason in the free text field.

  5. Click Next to save the reason.
