Nexus Support Portal

There are two ways to sign in to Nexus Support Portal. You can sign in using Nexus Smart ID or Legacy Mobile Text.

If you use the sign in method Nexus Smart ID, use your mobile device with the Smart ID Mobile App to verify your identity. You do not need to share your mobile number with Nexus to sign in using Smart ID Mobile App on your mobile device. The activation of Nexus Smart ID is done by scanning a QR code in a provisioning email that will be sent to you from Nexus Technical Support upon request.

The sign in method Legacy Mobile Text requires an OTP (One-Time Password) in addition to username and password. The OTP is sent to you either by email or SMS.

Download the Nexus Smart ID app

To sign in to Nexus Support Portal using Nexus Smart ID, you must download and activate the mobile app Nexus Smart ID on your mobile device. You find the app on Apple App Store and Google Play.

1. Download the mobile app Nexus Smart ID to your mobile device.

2. Activate Nexus Smart ID as per the provisioning email from Nexus Technical Support.
