Get started with Smart ID Mobile App

Smart ID Mobile App is used together with Smart ID Messaging, which includes services for online authentication and signing and for sending push notifications. Smart ID Mobile App can be connected to the Nexus Smart ID solution or to external solutions to enable trusted identity authentication and signing.

Get started

  1. Find out the requirements to use Smart ID Mobile App here: Smart ID Mobile App requirements and interoperability

  2. Download Nexus Smart ID from App Store for iOS or Google Play for Android.

  3. From the service provider, you can get a QR code or an activation link.

  4. To activate Smart ID Mobile App:

    1. With a QR code, open Smart ID Mobile App and scan the QR code.

    2. With an activation link, click the link.
