When a person returns the temporary card, the permanent card is reactivated.

In Identity Manager: browses for the person, and selects Withdraw temporary card.

Identity Manager

Reactivates the permanent card, exports the card data to the PACS. Locks the temporary card.

Reactivates the certificates.
