Activate entitlement
Only active entitlements can be requested for employees. An activation of an entitlement requires providing two entitlement responsibles.

Standard workflow

1 | Logs in to Identity Manager, goes to the SEARCH tab, selects Entitlements and clicks Search. In the result list, clicks on a specific record, and then on Activate Entitlement on the right-hand side. In the activation form, selects the entitlement approval type, and enters or searches for two entitlement responsibles. | - | |
