This article describes how to change provisioning messages in Smart ID Digital Access component.
Log in to Digital Access Admin
- Log in to Digital Access Admin with an administrator account.
Change provisioning message
- In Digital Access Admin, go to Manage System.
- Click Authentication Services > Manage Global Authentication Service Settings.
Go to the E-mail Messages tab. Here all provisioning messages for authentication methods are available.
For more information, click the ?-sign.
To change, for example, the message text for OATH self-provisioning, go to the OATH Authentication section, and change the email text in the OATH Provisioning Message field.
- Click Save.
