Change provisioning messages in Digital Access

This article describes how to change provisioning messages in Smart ID Digital Access component.


 Log in to Digital Access Admin
  1. Log in to Digital Access Admin with an administrator account.
 Change provisioning message
  1. In Digital Access Admin, go to Manage System.
  2. Click Authentication Services > Manage Global Authentication Service Settings.
  3. Go to the E-mail Messages tab. Here all provisioning messages for authentication methods are available. 

  4. For more information, click the ?-sign.

    Example: OATH message

    To change, for example, the message text for OATH self-provisioning, go to the OATH Authentication section, and change the email text in the OATH Provisioning Message field.

  5. Click Save.
