On the start page of Identity Manager, clicks on Create access group.

Identity Manager
Displays a form where the name of the access group needs to be provided.
The provided name is checked for uniqueness. If a message is displayed, such as The access group you want to create, already exists. Please choose another name, then another name has to be provided.

Displays another form where at least one employee needs to be assigned to the access groups.

Access Group is created and be used in further workflows.
