If an employee or external card is lost or stolen, the card can be locked, either in Smart ID Self-Service or Identity Manager. 

Standard workflow

1Self-service userLogs in to Smart ID Self-Service and selects Lock card.

Person contacts Registration officer or Helpdesk, who browses for the person in Identity Manager and selects Lock card.

2Identity Manager

Locks the card.

3Identity ManagerExports the card data to the PACS system. -

4CARevokes certificates.-

5Person-Receives information mail.


Technical references

The Physical access processes are modified and overwrites the corresponding Digital ID process.
