An operator wants to lock an active mobile ID for a user. |
This article describes how an operator locks an active mobile ID for a user in the Mobile ID package in Smart ID Identity Manager. You can also lock a mobile ID for a user directly when you click Supply mobile ID for a user that already has a mobile ID. In that case, a Lock button is available in Identity Manager Operator, and after you have clicked Lock, the current mobile ID is locked and you can directly supply a new mobile ID for the user.
