An operator wants to lock an active mobile ID for a user.

This article describes how an operator locks an active mobile ID for a user in the Mobile ID package in Smart ID Identity Manager. You can also lock a mobile ID for a user directly when you click Supply mobile ID for a user that already has a mobile ID. In that case, a Lock button is available in Identity Manager Operator, and after you have clicked Lock, the current mobile ID is locked and you can directly supply a new mobile ID for the user.

  1. Log in to Identity Manager Operator with your user account.

  1. In the Quick search drop-down list, select User. Search for user that you shall lock a mobile ID for.
  2. Click Lock Mobile ID.

    To cancel the process, see "Cancel the process" below.


  3. Click Next and the mobile ID is locked.
