Standard workflow

InĀ User Smart ID Self-Service Portal: Clicks the Credentials tab, selects the virtual smart card and then Reset PIN.

Registration officer starts the process in PRIME Explorer Identity Manager.
2Personal Smart ID Desktop AppStarts and prompts the user to confirm PIN unblock.-
3Virtual smart card userConfirms and enters a new PIN.-
4Personal Smart ID Desktop AppEncrypts and stores the PIN on the trusted platform module (TPM).-
