This article describes how an operator uploads specific roles that shall be visible in Identity Manager Operator. Read more here: Smart ID Workforce use cases.

Prerequisites

 Prerequisites
  • The roles must have been added in Identity Manager Admin and in the CSV file for default roles. Read more here: Users - Start-up guide.

Step-by-step instruction for the operator

 Log in to Identity Manager Operator
  1. Log in to Identity Manager Operator with your user account. 
 Upload default roles
  1. In the Quick search drop down list, select Default roles.
  2. Click Upload default roles.

    To cancel the process, see "Cancel the process" below.

  3. Click Upload CSV file and select the file.

  4. Click Next.

 Cancel the process

To cancel the process:

  • Click Cancel to close the process.
  • Click Next to proceed with the process.
