There are two ways to sign in to Nexus Support Portal. You can sign in using Nexus Smart ID or Legacy Mobile Text.
If you use the sign in method "Nexus Smart ID", use your mobile device with the Smart ID Mobile App to verify your identity. You do not need to share your mobile number with Nexus to sign in using Smart ID Mobile App on your mobile device. The activation of Smart ID is done by scanning a QR code in the support portal.
The sign in method Legacy Mobile Text requires an OTP (One-Time Password) in addition to username and password. The OTP is sent to you either by email or SMS.
