1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy (the ”Policy”) sets forth the terms for Technology Nexus Secured Business Solutions AB, Reg. No. 556258-0414, Telefonvägen 26, 126 26 Hägersten, Sweden (“Nexus”, “we”, “us”, “our”) processing of your personal data. This Policy describes the information we process about you (“Data“) as well as why and how we process the Data.

Capitalized terms in this Policy have the meaning given to them in the Terms of Use.

By clicking “I accept that Nexus processes my Data” you consent to our processing of your Data in accordance with this Policy.

2. Processing of Data

We are controllers of the Data.

We have been requested by a customer of ours (the “Customer”) to invite you to register for use of Nexus GO and any Services determined by the Customer, and have received your email address from the Customer for this purpose. Our use of your email address for this purpose is based on the Customer’s interest that you are invited to register for Nexus GO and any relevant Services, as decided by the Customer. We will only use your email address for this purpose unless we receive your consent for further processing. The Data which may be processed on the basis of your consent will be provided by you to us through registration and the use of your Nexus GO account, the Services and to our support or through other contacts with us.

The Data that may be processed for use of your Nexus GO account and all Services includes name, address, telephone number and e-mail address, device OS/version, device name, Corporate ID, Photo ID and Personal Mobile app version.

We will process the Data [to enable for you to use Nexus GO and our Services and for us to be able to administer Nexus GO and the Services, to follow-up on our relationship and to provide you with offers, information and news from us. We will not process the Data for any other purposes.

3. Who we may disclose Data to

We will not transfer Data to any third party data controllers, except to the Customer if required to be able to provide the Services to you and the Customer. The Customer may process the Data independently of us, and you agree that we are not responsible for the type of information that the Customer processes about you, or how and why the Customer processes the Data.

4. Period of retention

Unless we are required by law to process the Data for a longer period of time, we will cease processing the Data when (i) you deregister from Nexus GO, (ii) the purpose of the processing of the Data has been achieved, or (iii) you contact us and withdraw your consent to the processing of the Data.

5. Withdrawal of consent

You may at any time withdraw your consent to our processing of the Data. Such withdrawal shall be sent to contact@nexusgroup.com. Such withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of the processing that was based on consent before the withdrawal. If your consent is withdrawn we will no longer be able to provide access to you to Nexus GO and the Services.

6. Your rights regarding processing of the Data

You are upon request entitled to obtain information regarding the Data, including a copy of the Data and the source and use of the Data. You have the right to request transmission of the Data to another controller (data portability) and to request access to the Data. You are also entitled to request rectification or erasure of the Data, restrictions of the processing and to object to the processing of the Data. We will always meet your request to the extent we are required to do so by mandatory law.

If we cease to process your Data or if it is deleted or restricted as requested by you, we will no longer be able to provide access to you to Nexus GO and our Services.

7. Data protection officer

We have appointed Peter Hellström as data protection officer, to ensure that the Data is processed lawfully, fairly and in a transparent manner. He can be reached at peter.hellström@nexusgroup.com and +46 708 506016.

8. Lodging complaints with the Supervisory Authority

You may always file a complaint about our processing of Data to the Swedish Data Protection Authority (Sw. Datainspektionen). Information about the Swedish Data Protection Authority’s operations and its contact information is available at www.datainspektionen.se.

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend this Policy from time to time. Information of any such amendment will be posted on Nexus GO.
