1. How and why does Nexus collect personal information

Nexus GO Cards is a service that provides Nexus partners and customers with products for identification and access control via the order portal. The products that are available in the order portal are Nexus standard products as well as personalized products. Personal information, such as name, photo and personal identity number, is collected to produce a personalized product. The data is also used to access the service and to receive information.

2. What personal information does Nexus collect

Data to access the service, receive information, and/or to produce authenticators for identification and access control includes information such as first name, surname, personal identity number/social security number, personal photo, employee number, email address, home address, gender, nationality, phone number, title, etc. The partner/customer decides the character of the data used to produce the authenticators and Nexus handles the data in accordance with their instructions.

Nexus will not use the collected data for any other purpose than to produce authenticators upon request by Nexus partner and customer companies and provide the user access to the service.

3. How does Nexus use the personal information

The data enables Nexus to produce authenticators to the partners and customers. Authenticators such as photo ID-cards, access cards, chip cards. The data is also used to access the service and to receive information.

7. Data protection officer
