Smart ID Identity Manager includes a set of pre-defined standard features, project utilities, that can be used to customize BPMN processes. They include service tasks for special purposes, improved error handling or tracking of process execution in Identity Manager.

Most of the features are not activated in the standard Identity Manager package, but can easily be configured, for example in custom-beans.xml.
