Improved memory consumption in processes when using Citrix

There was an issue with growing memory consumption in processes using Nexus Personal minidriver in a Citrix environment. To mitigate this, additional internal objects are not created any longer when the card handle is updated.

Improved P11_SlotsInHWReader option 

Improved handling of the P11_SlotsInHWReader option in the configuration file. The option is now validated. It is recommended to set positive values for a successful configuration.
