In Smart ID Certificate Manager (CM), an officer with the 'Manage PIN letters' role can work with PIN/PUK letters for smart cards and PINs for soft tokens.

This article describes how to remove PIN/PUK letters from being displayed in the Secure Printer (SP) in Certificate Manager (SP) client, without being deleted from the CM database. Use this to reduce the amount of letters found in a search.

Prerequisites

The Secure Printer (SP) is running.
The officer has the following role:
- Manage PIN letters
Searching for letters has been performed as described in Search for PIN/PUK letter in Certificate Manager.

Step-by-step procedure

Remove PIN/PUK letters

There is a list of PIN/PUK letters visible in the result pane of the SP application window from a previous search operation, see Search for PIN/PUK letter in Certificate Manager.
Click Remove From List. The letter(s) are removed from being displayed in the SP, but they are still included in the CM database.
