• The user exists and is in state "inactive" or "active"

1. Log in to Identity Manager Operator with your user account.

1. In the Quick search drop-down list, select User. Search for user that shall be edited. User data is shown.

   To cancel the process, see "Cancel the process" below.

   
   

2. Click Edit user.

3. Edit as required.
   

4. Click Next to save the edited user.

   Note
   Depending on the configuration, there can be options added to the use case, see "Options" below.

   
   

Option: Set photo size

• Default:
  • Height = 400 pixels
  • Width = 300 pixels
  • Size = 2048 kB

Option: Add uniqueness check

• Default = true
• Default uniqueness identifier = email
• Read more here: Users - Manage option to add a uniqueness check
• If the uniqueness check fails, a popup shows information that there is already a user with this email (or other identifier)

1. 1. Click Back to go back to the start form and update the user data.
   2. Click OK to close the process. The user is deleted or is not saved.

Option: Add an approval step

• Default = false

• If set to true, the operator is informed about this step in the user interface
