This article describes how an operator deactivates an active virtual smart card for a user in Smart ID Identity Manager. The Deactivate virtual smart card use case is called automatically if a user gets deactivated, reactivated or locked. See, for example, Deactivate user. But it can be also used to just set the virtual smart card to inactive.
