In Smart ID Certificate Manager (CM), an officer with the 'Manage PIN letters' role can work with PIN/PUK letters for smart cards and PINs for soft tokens.

This article describes how to remove PIN/PUK letters from being displayed in the Secure Printer (SP) in Certificate Manager, without being deleted from the CM database. Use this to reduce the amount of letters found in a search.

Step-by-step procedure

 Remove PIN/PUK letters
  1. There is a list of PIN/PUK letters visible in the result pane of the SP user interface in Certificate Manager from a previous search operation, see  Search for PIN/PUK letter in Certificate Manager.
  2. Click Remove From List. The letter(s) are removed from being displayed in the SP, but they are still included in the CM database.
