This article describes how you as a self-service user abort a request. Read more here: Smart ID Workforce use cases

Prerequisites

 Prerequisites
  • The request must be in state "requested"

Step-by-step instruction for the self-service user

 Log in to Smart ID Self-Service
  1. Log in to Smart ID Self-Service with your user account.
 Abort request
  1. In Smart ID Self-Service, select Requests>My requests to see the request in the list.

  2. Select the request that you want to abort.
  3. Click Possible actions and select Abort request.
 Cancel the process

To cancel the process:

  • Click Cancel to close the process.
  • Click Next to proceed with the process.
