In the Nexus support portal there are two ways to sign in. You can sign in using:
Smart ID Mobile App (Nexus Personal Mobile)
Email and password
Nexus Personal Mobile has changed name to Smart ID Mobile App but the sign in method is still called Nexus Personal Mobile.
If you use the sign in method "Nexus Personal Mobile", you will use your mobile device with the Smart ID Mobile App to verify your identity. You do not need to share your mobile number with Nexus to sign in using Smart ID Mobile App on your mobile device. The activation of Smart ID Mobile App is done by scanning a QR code in the support portal.
The sign in method “Email and password” requires an OTP (one-time-password) in addition to username and password. The OTP is sent to you either by email or SMS.
Prerequisites for Smart ID Mobile App
To sign in to Nexus support portal using Smart ID Mobile App you first need to download and activate the mobile app Nexus Smart ID on your mobile device. You find the app on Apple App Store and Google Play.
