In Smart ID Certificate Manager (CM), an officer with the 'Manage PIN letters' role can work with PIN/PUK letters for smart cards and PINs for soft tokens.

This article lists the PIN/PUK letter tasks. The tasks are done in the Secure Printer (SP) in Certificate Manager client.
