PMOB-4083

Java base image upgraded to Java 21.

The sudo command is not allowed anymore for security reasons.

PMOB-4088

The database structure is changed and new tables are introduced. It is recommended to have a backup before upgrading to Hermod 4.0.4. See Upgrade Hermod from 3.x to 4.x for more information.

Hibernate is removed and replaced with liquibase. Details and an example is available in the sample Hermod configuration file.
