There are two ways to lock a mobile ID:
In Smart ID Self-Service, on the Dashboard:
- Click Get Mobile ID.
If you already have an active mobile ID, click Lock to lock that mobile ID.
You will then be directed to the same steps as in Get mobile ID (self-service user).
In Smart ID Self-Service, on the Mobile ID menu:
- Click on your active mobile ID.
- Select Possible actions and click Lock Mobile ID.
