Improved reading card serial numbers for Personal Desktop Client

For Personal Desktop Client there are different ways to read out and handle physical and logical card serial numbers. With this release, it is possible to choose whether Identity Manager should get the serial number via the standard Pkcs#11 tokenInfo attribute, or if a hardware serial number should be fetched directly via a Personal Desktop Client properties extension. Assign multiple PACS entitlements in one call

Some PACS systems support, besides assigning single profiles, also the use of separate time and room profiles that can be combined during the assignment. To support that, we have extended the standard service task "PACS: Assign Entitlement", so that multiple entitlements (for example one room profile and one or more time profiles) can be provisioned in one call. Introducing REST Client service task

With this release we are introducing a new standard service task to to send data as a client to a REST Server. The service task can map field from the process map and send it to a REST server in the same XML format as the REST Process API in IDM is using.
