A self-service user wants to lock an own active mobile ID. |
This article describes how a self-service user locks an own active mobile ID in Smart ID Self-Service in the Mobile ID package. You can also lock a mobile ID when you click Get mobile ID in Self-Service, and you already have a mobile ID. In that case, a Lock button is available in Self-Service, and after you have clicked Lock, the current mobile ID is locked and you can directly get a new mobile ID.
