This article describes how an operator deactivates an active mobile ID for a user in the Mobile ID package Smart ID Identity Manager. The Deactivate Mobile ID use case is called automatically if a user gets deactivated, reactivated or locked. See, for example, Deactivate user. But it can be also used to just set the mobile ID to inactive.
This use case is disabled by default.

The mobile ID is in state "active"
Enable the Deactivate Mobile ID use case
Log in to Identity Manager Admin with your admin user.
Go toHome > Cards.
Select and edit Mobile ID.
Select theActivetab.
InAdditional Commands, clickNew(the pen symbol) to add a row.
InAdditional Commands, selectDeactivate Mobile IDto add it to theProcesslist.
ClickSave.
Step-by-step instruction for the operator
Log in to Identity Manager Operator
Log in to Identity Manager Operator with your user account.
Deactivate mobile ID
In the Quick search drop-down list, select Mobile ID.
Select Mobile ID from the drop-down list and search for and select an active mobile ID.
Click Deactivate Mobile ID under "What do you want to do".
Click Next to deactivate the mobile ID.
