Replace card - Physical ID

When an employee card is old or defective, it can be replaced, either in Smart ID Self-Service or Identity Manager.

In Identity Manager: Browses for the person and selects Replace card.

Revokes the certificates.

Generates new PUK and PIN.

Sends card information to the PACS. Old card gets inactive.

Card production administrator

Produces new card, verifies the card.

Card production administrator

Prints PIN information letter.

Sends a PIN email.
