Repair user link in Digital Access

This article describes how to repair broken links between user accounts in Smart ID Digital Access component and the company's directory service via user storage location. This is very useful if the user has been moved to another branch in the directory service.

Step-by-step instruction

  1. Log in to Digital Access Admin with an administrator account.



  1. In Digital Access Admin, go to Manage Accounts and Storage.

  2. Click User Link Repair.

  3. Select the action to be taken. For more information, click the ?-sign.

  4. Click Save.



The link between Digital Access user accounts and the directory service can be automatically repaired. To do this, use the default global user account setting Auto Repair.
