Post-login processes in Self-Service

Post-login processes in Self-Service are now supported again. They can be configured in Identity Manager Admin as part of the authentication profiles. A separate process per authentication profile can be defined, which will be executed directly after the login to the Self-Service portal. For more information, see Set up authentication profile in Identity Manager (heading Configure post-login process).

CRED-10716

When expanding the length of a data-pool field to a value longer than 255 characters, the Self-Service could not handle the long value. This has been fixed now.

CRED-11657

The translation of the pre-login process link in the Identity Manager Operator login screen was not working correctly. This has been fixed now. The pre-login process is displayed according to the language selection.

CRED-11739

When using date fields in searches, it could happen that the timestamp (stored as part of the data field in the database) was evaluated as well for the filter criteria, resulting in incomplete search results. The handling of date/datetime in the searches has been fixed now.

CRED-11840

When logging in with SAML, the IP address of the client was not added to the user context as it is done for other authentication profiles. This has been fixed. Now the client IP address is also available with SAML.

Date fields in Self-Service where still editable even if they were marked as read-only in the form configuration. This is fixed now.

In Self-Service it could happen that unclear "null" error messages were shown when deleting objects. This has been fixed now. The error messages will not appear anymore.

When running a script task directly after a client-side CSV file import task, the BPMN process was running into an error. This has been fixed now.

Browser debug logs listed password fields of user forms in clear text. This is fixed now. Password fields are no longer visible in the browser debug console.

Execution time of multi-level searches in Identity Manager was too slow. Performance is improved so that multi-level searches will finish in a reasonable time frame.

Fixed migration tool for 21.10. It did not start up correctly due to a missing dependency.

Release announcement

From this release, only Docker deployment is supported for the Smart ID components Identity Manager, Physical Access, Digital Access and Messaging. For full instructions, see Deploy Smart ID.

From Smart ID 20.11 and on, components now only have the Smart ID version number and not the different component version numbers. For information on previous releases, see Nexus Documentation Archive.
