This article describes how an operator deactivates an active mobile ID for a user in the Mobile ID package Smart ID Identity Manager. The Deactivate Mobile ID use case is called automatically if a user gets deactivated, reactivated or locked. See, for example, Deactivate user. But it can be also used to just set the mobile ID to inactive.

Note

This use case is disabled by default. To enable it, see Enable the Deactivate Mobile ID use case.

Step-by-step instruction for the operator

titleLog in to Identity Manager Operator
  1. Log in to Identity Manager Operator with your user account.

  1. In the Quick search drop-down list, select Mobile ID.
  2. Select Mobile ID from the drop-down list and search for and select an active mobile ID.
  3. Click Deactivate Mobile ID under "What do you want to do".
  4. Click Next to deactivate the mobile ID.
