This article describes how an operator deletes a mobile ID in Smart ID Identity Manager.
This use case is disabled by default.
Prerequisites
Prerequisites
- The mobile ID can be in any state
Enable the Delete Mobile ID use case
- Log in to Identity Manager Admin with your admin user.
- Go to Home > Cards.
- Select and edit Mobile ID.
- Select the Active tab, or an other tab (=state) that you want to enable Delete Mobile ID for.
- In Additional Commands, click New (the pen symbol) to add a row.
- In Additional Commands, select Delete Mobile ID to add it to the Process list.
- Click Save.
Step-by-step instruction for the operator
Log in to Identity Manager Operator
- Log in to Identity Manager Operator with your user account.
Delete mobile ID
- Go to the SEARCH page and select Mobile ID from the drop-down list.
Select the mobile ID that shall be deleted.
Click Delete mobile ID.
Click Next and the mobile ID is deleted.
Cancel the process
To cancel the process:
- Click Cancel to close the process.
- Click Next to proceed with the process.
